I would like to thank the lovely lady that was working behind the desk at Wembley 3rd September for the Coldplay concert. My daughter and I travelled down from Scotland. The QR code would not work at the gates. The customer service lady took a lot of time helping me log in to Wembley WiFi and then resetting AXS password to update the app and QR code. I was starting to panic but she was very calm and talked me through it. Thank you very much. Coldplay were outstanding too.
