After several attempts to establish what had happened to my money regarding a sold ticket for Stevie Wonder in July this year, I logged on to a live chat with a staff member called 'Kat' this morning. She was very helpful, taking time to read and understand email threads that had been previously sent to staff for the past 8 weeks or so! Within the space of 20 mins, she had acknowledged the problem, sorted it out her end with regards to accessing my account and putting things right. It can be very frustrating when you cannot speak to humans any more with issues regarding tickets etc, but Kat has restored my faith in live chats. Thank you Kat, you were a star. Michelle
