Edit: up to 3 stars, after speaking with Holly on the AXS team, it has cleared up some stuff, although I won't get my money back unless the concert is officially cancelled. As my tickets were brought through AXS Resale I am unable to receive a refund. Bought tickets for Falling in Reverse through AXS but unfortunately the concert was cancelled/postponed and an email stating a refund could be issued from point of sale so I started the process only for the tickets to no longer be in my account and apparently, according to customer service, there was no evidence of them being there. Although I'd seen them myself after purchase. After a lot of back and forth with screenshots of confirmation email and Bank statement I was told...."From the screenshots you have sent in, it shows you have bought tickets from another fan through AXS resale, unfortunately, any tickets bought through AXS Resale are non refundable, therefore, we cannot issue you with a refund" That is £92 just gone...this is not okay...I feel like I was scammed and I urge you to not use this site.
