Excellent customer service. I wasn't robbed of my time by a virtual person with their elaborate questions that lead nowhere. I was contacted immediately by a live person and I also received an answer to my question within moments. My problem was solved. I discovered a gap in the wall. Since I am a foreigner, there were times when I couldn't answer the question immediately (at least within the time expected/set by you), so they said goodbye and I had to start over. But overall, the assistance works very well. So it might be worth paying attention to whether the customer's native language is English and if not, then extend the time frame given for the response. Or at least warn that I haven't received an answer, so I'll disconnect in 5 minutes. In such cases, all we can write back is, I'll be here for a moment but I'll still paraphrase and translate the answer.But overall I was really satisfied, it felt like the helper was sitting right in front of me.
