I contacted the chat after having multiple issues getting tickets for Strictly Tour 2026. The pre-sale didn't work - I got right through to payment and then it timed me out. I then tried on my AXS app and that didn't work and then waited on a phone line for 30 minutes. I then tried chat and got through to Francesca and she was so helpful. She helped with getting some access tickets for myself and my daughter who has Down's syndrome. My daughter will be so pleased that I managed to get some - we go every year.
