I went to All Point East festival to see Raye on Saturday 24th August 2025. This was the second weekend of the All Points East festival and the fifth day. The conditions were dry due to the hot weather, but All Points East did nothing to warn me about the high levels of dust that had occurred on the 4 previous days of the festival and did nothing to dampen down the ground and reduce the amount of dust between the 2 weekends. A lot of the festival attendees were very ill from dust inhalation including myself and have still not recovered. It was very disappointing that APE had the whole week to dampen the ground to reduce dust but did nothing. The first warning of the dry and dusty conditions from APE came on Sunday 24th August, the penultimate day - that was way too late and only after many attendees had complained about the amount of dust on social media. In my opinion, they were more concerned about their profits than the welfare of their customers. This has convinced me not to attend any future AEG Presents events. Very poor.Thank you for acknowledging my feedback. How do I contact you. I emailed the AEG Presents, but got no reply. The tickets were purchased through TicketMaster with order number of 33-23950/UK4.Update on 31st August 2025AXS responded to me saying that they assessed the dust and deemed it to be low hazard and said that their team worked tirelessly to ease conditions. My response to this is that I saw no evidence of any attempt to suppress the dust at the festival. They could have put mats/flooring down or sprinkled the ground with water. I asked AXS what they did to ease conditions, but, of course, got no response. In terms of the ground being assessed and deemed low hazard, I asked them to share their test results. Again, I received no response. There may have been carcinogens like silica and car exhaust deposits in the dust. They deemed the dust to be low hazard, but did nothing to warn attendees who might be severely affect especially if they suffer from asthma or allergies until the penultimate day (too late for most attendees). This response and the fact that AXS waited till the sixth day of a 7 day festival to warn attendees about the dust and only after many complaints on social media, I think demonstrates a lack of concern towards peoples health. A week later I am still struggling with my breathing.
