Your attempts to protect customers against bots are getting in the way of customer service. It has just taken me over an hour to buy 2 tickets because you thought my iphone and then my PC later were bots and so you kept rejecting my order despite the fact that I am a repeat customer, had signed in on both devices - one at a time and only went to the PC when I gave up on the phone. I came close to giving up altogether. There must be a better way of recognising me as a customer and making it easy to give you money!!!
