I’m extremely disappointed with my experience using AXS Tickets. Due to a serious medical condition — I am currently undergoing cancer treatment — I reached out to inform them that I was unable to attend an event and requested a refund. I was met with a request for private medical documents to "assist in processing" the refund.While I understand that policies are in place, the lack of compassion and flexibility in such a sensitive situation was incredibly distressing. Being asked to disclose deeply personal medical information just to be considered for a refund felt invasive and unnecessary. In the end, no refund was provided despite my circumstances being genuine and clearly communicated.This experience has not only added unnecessary stress during an already challenging time, but it has also negatively impacted my mental well-being and, as a result, my treatment process.I expected more humanity and understanding from a company dealing with real people and real-life situations.I would not advise using a company that discriminates against serious medical conditions and fails to follow a vulnerable customer policy.
