Impossible to get I touch with Had tickets to an event (APE) and it was impossible to get in touch with an actual human being. Both numbers in the website didn't work (one had no voicemail to leave a message on - when the website said to ring the number and leave a message! - and the other just hung up on you) Considering I was calling about accessibility issues this is terrible and even in the live chat function (which was signposted to customers), you still couldn't get in touch with an actual person - only a terrible AI chat it who was useless.
