EDIT: following trustpilot review customer service moved us to seated tickets as requested, initial review below for reference: Refused to offer accessible accommodations to a concert for my pregnant wife, despite other o2 venues being accommodating and offering a seated area or standard stated ticket. I believe this could well be legally discriminatory but am unsure how to take it further with them as their robot-human customer service just repeatedly say “they can’t do anything” so I guess that’s that we can’t go to the concert we’d been looking forward to.
