Farren was very helpful with my problem and arranged for a refund for the performance I could not attend due to being in hospital and having surgery on that day however I was very disappointed that a simple task to transfer the adult ticket was not allowed. My granddaughter and I were going to celebrate her 16 th birthday and her mum could have gone in my place but I was told this was not allowed for accessible seats, why !!!! I wish now I had bought regular seats and I’ll bet they could be transferred , so I’m happy to get the refund but not happy with the rules that Axs set. My rating was purely for the chap who sorted out a refund for me and my granddaughter who has Autism was a very unhappy girl. These family moments are precious and I feel robbed of that experience I hope the negatives here are highlighted because the only positive for me was Farrens help in arranging a refund and there are way more negatives than positives
