Asked to exchange tickets due to a family illness well in advance of the performance. AXS asked of if I wanted to change anything other than the date in an email that went into my junk. When I found it and replied they said they hadn’t changed the tickets it was too late and I lost £275. When I asked why they didn’t just change the date as per request and change any other details later, knowing this was possible but if they failed to make the exchange I asked for it wouldn’t be possible to do anything and they had no answer. A very poor experience, I won’t use them again.
