I’ve been trying for over a month to get help from AXS regarding All Points East, where my partner (who’ll be 32 weeks pregnant on the day) is attending with me. We’ve asked simple, reasonable questions about whether there’s any flexibility around seating or toilet access given the medical context, even offering to pay for an upgrade if it would help.Instead, we’ve had:Irrelevant and copy-pasted replies, one even referred to a completely different event (BST Hyde Park); No clear answer on whether any upgraded zones would offer more comfort or support; No guidance at all on how to upgrade, what the cost might be, or if it would even make a difference. We’re not asking for special treatment, just a bit of common sense and clarity so we can plan ahead properly. So far, that’s been totally lacking.Leaving this review in the hope someone senior at AXS takes notice and actually provides a helpful, event-specific response before the day arrives.
