Not helpful at all! They didn’t even try to help or resolve the problem. They didn’t any offer any sort of solution!!!The worse customer service, they really don’t know what going above and beyond for a customer means! They hide under the terms and conditions expecting everyone to read every little small print! Have a little bit of sympathy for others who are just excited to purchase tickets for their birthdays! If I could give ZERO stars I would! So disappointed in this company as I have used it faithfully and now it has ruined it all for me. My advice is read every single small print from them otherwise they will take your money and you’ll end up with nothing but spent money and no tickets.
