Don't use this company to sell your tickets.They say you will be paid automatically 10 days after the event which is bad enough,10 days pass and nothing is paid so you query it with them online which takes hours,then they say to check your axs account to make sure your bank details are correct,you can't see your bank details so your only option is to edit them by putting them in again ,then they say you have to wait another 10 days because you've changed them! So you wait another 10 days and still no payment,after that they ignore all your emails and requests for help.Sound familiar?This is what's happening to hundreds of customers.Join the forum and we can all take a legal case against this company
