Still not received payment for tickets I sold for BST Neil Young 11/7.Despite receiving an email saying they do not hold back customers' money i can't see it any other way! Receiving goods without paying for them amounts to theft.Next stop I guess is making a statement to the police,how else can I get paid? They ignore your emails and chat is impossible with queues,no phone number,worst service I have ever encountered but then again this is a monopoly which maybe needs investigating further....With ref to your reply i don't have an order number,these are all the numbers i've been given trying to sort this out#11624526#11615832#11615576#11616108Yawn
