Frustrating and disappointing experience with AXSI booked tickets to see Lewis Capaldi through AXS and was really looking forward to the event. After securing my tickets, I also booked hotels and made travel plans around the date.Out of nowhere, AXS cancelled my order. I received a vague email saying they were “unable to verify aspects of the transaction” and had refunded me. No details were given, and there was no chance to fix whatever the issue was. Just a cancellation and a link to their Purchase Agreement.For a ticketing company, this is incredibly poor service. Plans were made, money was spent, and the cancellation was handled with zero transparency or support.Very disappointing. I won’t be using AXS again if I can avoid it.
