Bought tickets for BST Hyde Park ELO show on AXS UK ticket resale website. Show was cancelled but I have not been refunded. AXS never emailed me with order details and didn't mail any update to advise show was cancelled. My ticket purchase does not even show on my AXS account. When I looked into the time when the show was officially announced as cancelled it was 3pm, yet AXS were still selling tickets hours later when I purchased. Absolutely dreadful service from AXS. They are happy to take money then do nothing else. Thankfully I have screen shot of my purchase taken of my online purchase. How do I get a refund? **Latest Update** As soon as my review was posted by Trustpilot, AXS reached out to me and issued a refund straight away. Fair play to AXS, they did resolve, however it took me posting to this review platform before AXS actioned a refund. Because AXS were very quick resolving, I've upgraded my review from 1 to 4 stars.
