I had bought flower show tickets using AXS UK. Luckily I tried to add parking a week before the event. Luckily because I then realised I couldn’t access the AXS app. I contacted customer services, who were helpful but still took 4 days exchanging messages with me before they managed to resolve the issue. This was 3 days too long from my perspective.
