What a fantastic experience, I made a mistake ordering 2 tickets for me and my partner on the day of sale, not knowing my partner had also done the same,meaning had 4 tickets. I contacted AXA via email asking for a possible refund knowing I didn't take on insurance for the gig.Lily on the other end of emails was so helpful and understanding and managed to give me a full refund.
