I ordered tickets, paid a fee and the tickets were supposed to be emailed to me nearer the time. I'm assuming this is why we pay the booking fee. The tickets never showed so I had to chase AXS via their customer support which requires a new registration/login. When I finally got to a chat window host it was resolved promptly but it was disappointing I had to do the chasing.
