I have been trying to talk to a human with this company for 5 WORKING days with no success. An event I bought a resale ticket, on their site, was cancelled. They haven't sent me any emails informing me. The ticket has disappeared from my phoneThe gig was cancelled on 12th July.The customer service seems to be AI generated. How ever I phrase the question it tells me to click on the customer service button. By doing that....Yes you guessed it Ms AI comes up and asks how IT can help.Conclusion Axs must be earning a fortune holding on to money that isn't theirs. Bet they wouldn't like it if their customers held on to payments for tickets as long as this!!!I have tried the 2 advertised numbers but they are not working.
