Look, I still have not received my Mobile ID tickets on both the Ovo Arena and AXS app and the event is in 4 days! This must be the worst online ticketing company I ever dealt with. No phone number and no live chat customer service agents. Even though they say live chat times are mon-fri 9 to 5.30.. Well it's only 4pm now! Everyone should beware of buying anything from them!
