Stuck on a chatbot and ticketing loop, as there is an error in AXS mobile ticketing for an event that I am due to attend today. Shambolic customer service and no direct route to finding out if my tickets will work before I travel 200 miles to a Stevie Wonder concert in Birmingham. If anyone at AXS can contact me ASAP it would be a fantastic help as I have spent all weekend waiting for this to resolve!Raised a ticket with Customer service and have no urgency to resolve even though the event is today. Avoid using AXS at all costs, Ticketmaster and others have a far more responsive customer service.
