Bought tickets for RHS Hampton Court. After struggling with the process a helpful lady talked me through the procedure. Before leaving home I checked the tickets were showing on the app. All good. However when I arrived at the gate for my tickets to be scanned, the screen was blank. The helpful man who was hoping to scan my tickets was unable to find them on the app. Eventually, like countless others I was directed to the ticket office where the friendly team asked for my name and printed off tickets for me. A really frustrating experience which greatly slowed down the entrance to the show. Here's hoping RHS don't use AXS in the future.
