Awful company to deal with. Sold my tickets via resale and got an email from AXS saying my money was going to be frozen as a third party investigated it. When I questioned it several times because it made no sense and felt like a scam, AXS failed to get back to me about it. There is no way to communicate with them - no phone number, they don’t respond to emails and their Live Chat are bots and there’s never a human available to chat to. After more than two weeks, I get an email today saying they made an error sending that email and to ignore it. I eventually got my refund but I will never buy anything from them again.
