Absolutely terrible booking portal. I attempted to buy tickets about a dozen times today. Each time it either told me I was a robot, timed out and binned my tickets or allowed me to get to the basket stage but wouldn't let me click through to payment. When I called to book we got cut off and the customer service agent didn't attempt to call me back, even though she'd taken my contact details and got half way through processing the booking. In the end after more attempts I realised that the parking seemed to be a problem (I used to be a web developer so have tested user experience on websites professionally before). I was finally able to purchase my tickets without the parking. For some reason booking the parking separately has now worked too, though I had to follow the instructions of the RHS website to put a public ticket in my basket to get through to check out and then remove it before payment - what a hideous and easy-to-fix bug that your developers should have sorted, rather than telling your clients to instruct their customers of a work around. This is a sloppy, horrible, utterly frustrating booking system and I can't understand why the RHS have switched to them. I hope it's a contract they can terminate before the 2026 shows.
