Truly awful. I’ve spent over £400 on tickets yet there is no way to speak to anyone about how we transfer tickets. My wife has had surgery and cannot take the kids to the Billie Eilish concert, and the transfer tickets button is greyed out but we can't figure out why. There is no support phone number or email address anywhere on the website. The AI agent sends you to the FAQ and the FAQ doesn't solve our problem. We've both spent an hour on this already.Truly awful customer experience. EDIT: I have updated my review from 1 star to 3 star to account for a customer service person from AXS called Thomas, who provided very fast help on the day of the concert to transfer my tickets. Thomas was 5 star, the website and lack of obvious help email or phone number, and terrible help FAQ, still gets a 1 star. Hence overall its a 3 star. Thank you Thomas for saving the day.
