The whole set was very poor1. The instructions of trying to download the AXA appt for a person who is not experienced with technology was not fool proof. It needed assistance from a person who is literate with technology.2. Accessing the website to book parking tickets was also frustrating for in experienced person.3. I would be very hesitant to book any further RHS Garden shows if this is the way forward.
