Awful Tickets did not arrive in the app.No one to contact to trace the ticketsSpent hours trying to contact someone. Spent hours with the chat robot who could not help and kept sending us around in a loop. This is a dreadful app and does not work properly. I’ve used it for other events and it’s been okay occasionally but generally speaking it is not consistent which is a real problem when booking a lot of tickets for a lot of people for an event. If you want to waste a lot of time, use this app. The real problem is that one has no choice. It is forced upon us and I really don’t know how that fits with customer service.
