We purchased 5 tickets for the Billy Joel concert at Anfield (20 June 2026), which has since been cancelled. Four of the tickets (£572.50) were refunded after a month — however, the fifth ticket (£145), purchased in a separate transaction, has still not been refunded.Despite repeated attempts to contact AXS UK via their support form and live chat, we’ve received only automated responses, with no resolution or human contact. There is no phone support, and it’s incredibly frustrating not to get help on a time-sensitive financial issue.AXS is holding onto money for a cancelled event, which is unacceptable. This experience has been stressful and disappointing.
