Would give zero stars if that were possible. Ordered tickets for Zach Bryan MONTHS ago, booked hotels in London and so excited to go. Then AXS send the wrong tickets and a week later it still isn’t sorted and today is the concert and I am 4 hours away. I will lose the hotel cost (not to mention the hours and hours of wrist slitting experience with robotic call centres) and I am kindly being offered, at best, a refund for my ticket. I DIDNT BY A TICKET TO GET MY MONEY BACK!! I bought a ticket to do something on my bucket list and your incompetence has destroyed that, so offering a refund is just rubbing salt in the wound. Absolutely pathetic,
