Well I don’t know where to start it’s been one thing after another ! I finally thought I was getting somewhere. They offered me a full refund for 2 tickets total of £149.50 they said I would have it in 10 working days . It’s been over 10 working days now I’ve not received my refund and my emails are now getting ignored . I will have to take legal action if I don’t receive my money .
