I’m not going to lie that after going round in circles with the chat bot and finding the customer service line quoted on Google was disconnected I did not hold out much hope that AXS would be able to help me. I could not have been more wrong. Once I got through to a live chat agent Jake was so friendly and quickly helped sort things out at his end to allow me to purchase a single extra ticket next to our other 3 seats - something I could not do on the website because it would have left a single stranded seat. For extremely personal reasons the event we are going to would just not have been the same had we not been able to purchase the additional ticket next to us. Thank you from a very happy customer.
