I transitioned my website away from the service in August due to email failures after a so-called 'server migration' earlier this year. Simultaneously, all my passwords for accessing the backend and support stopped working. I've been with a new provider since August 2025, yet the company charged me for a service renewal despite my formal domain transfer. This feels criminal. I advise others to steer clear of this provider. If I don't receive a response within 48 hours, I will consider legal action.
