The program and staff at the time were good rehab it’s a big deal ! If your at this point you need help so the actual before process very pushy all about getting you into a treatment centre this can be over whelming and I genuinely believe it very money driven, make sure you research and get the right rehab for you, then treatment and staff I would say good experience but you are in a bubble it’s very easy to abstain for 28 days when you do have support, then your let out ! Then the real work starts it’s very geared towards the 12 steps and meetings witch if I’m honest is helpful but not be the right road you have to find your way, the support package you get is basically somebody that rings you what every couple of weeks to ask how your doing tells you to go to meetings and sounds like they have no professional experience what so ever this I feel is just an after thought not really support. It’s seems to me very money driven I was encouraged to write a 5 star review before I left but to the point of it being very pushy. This is a pandemic of addiction and at the minute I don’t think there is a balance of the right institutions with the right conduct, if your going through stuff seek as much help as possible before you go in this is a high financial commitment to the point it’s made like that’s the only option very pushy to get you to sign up before you’ve had time to think and obviously your not thinking straight and most of the time your family are not due to the distress.
