After using our Nuna pram for almost 2 years we suddenly had a manufacturing defect become apparent when the metal bar holding up the undermounted carrier basket split from the frame of the pram. What might have been a nightmare for us turned into a dreamy customer service experience as soon as I spoke with Mike from the UK Baby Centre. He followed up our call with an email giving a clear and simple description of what was needed from me (pictures of the issue and an order number) for him to request a replacement from Nuna. Shortly after I provided the details he got in touch with Nuna who agreed to send us a replacement. He also arranged for DPD to collect our broken pram and have them deliver a new one. The admin took only a few minutes and the whole process of having our pram collected and a new one delivered took 4 days. We are super grateful to the UK Baby Centre and wholeheartedly recommend them on the basis of the customer service we received. Thank you, Mike!
