I would rate them '0' if possible. I ordered a jumper for a Christmas gift on December 4, 2025, expecting it to come from the UK. A month later, it still hasn't arrived. When I requested compensation for the long wait, their response was to just wait longer. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
