If I could give it a zero I would. Terrible Terrible company. Ordered a christmas Highland cow jumper off these people end of November. Still not come. Email after email after email and Still haven't received a refund. Seems reluctant to refund me. Also was led to believe they shipped from Scotland. They don't. They ship from the USA. Stay well clear of these cowboys.
This is my second review about this company, and many others share similar frustrations. I ordered a Christmas jumper for my fiancée, which didn't arrive until January 3rd. After contacting them three times, they offered a mere £7.00 in compensation if I could return it to their overseas warehouse, which would cost more than the jumper itself. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
This company cannot be trusted. I was initially overcharged, and the item did not arrive as promised. It claimed to ship from Scotland, but it actually came from China. After multiple emails, I received a tracking number that showed it was only sent out much later. I feel fortunate to have received it at all, but it won’t be usable until 11 months later. Avoid this company at all costs!
I had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered a Christmas top for my wife on December 6, 2025, with a promise of 24-hour delivery. It finally arrived on January 5, 2026, after 30 days. While the item was undamaged, it was overpriced for the quality of material. I strongly advise against ordering from this company; you will likely be very disappointed.

I would rate them '0' if possible. I ordered a jumper for a Christmas gift on December 4, 2025, expecting it to come from the UK. A month later, it still hasn't arrived. When I requested compensation for the long wait, their response was to just wait longer. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
