Like many others, I ordered early in December, hoping for a nice gift for my wife. It's now January 2, and it still hasn't arrived. Tracking indicated it went through US customs, then UK customs, and now shows as being at a private residence in Edinburgh. I've contacted customer support but have little hope of receiving the item as promised. DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THIS COMPANY!
