I ordered a jumper on December 4, and it still hasn't arrived. I wanted it for Christmas but now doubt I’ll even see it in January. The quality probably won't match the advertisement. The company claims to be based in Scotland but shipped from the US. It's outrageous how they are allowed to operate this way. I plan to contact customer service but have little hope based on other reviews.
