I ordered 3 items from this company. On arrival it was obvious the quality was not of a good standard. I immediately made contact by email asking for instructions on how and where I could return items and get a refund.
I have since sent more emails but have not heard anything from the company. The return period is apparently 14 days and at this point, I’m nearly at 14 days. Very disappointing and frustrating that the service is so very poor.
