I paid with a digital wallet and my old address in Scotland appeared with Tunisia as the country. I tried to contact them to change it, but it was too late. I tracked it and it reached Tunis before being sent back. They informed me I had the option of a refund or resending it, and true to their word, it arrived. I wasn’t charged anything extra, so I must say customer service has been excellent. I haven’t tried the product yet, but keep sending emails; you might get lucky.
