I have been waiting for my order for 7 weeks. This service feels like a scam; the tracking number provided cannot be tracked. Despite sending multiple emails, all I receive is a response stating that it’s in transit and to be patient. I strongly advise against purchasing from this service, as they claim to ship within 5 to 7 days, which is completely misleading. They don't even deserve 1 star; they should face penalties and refund all customers. Please be very cautious with them.
I paid with a digital wallet and my old address in Scotland appeared with Tunisia as the country. I tried to contact them to change it, but it was too late. I tracked it and it reached Tunis before being sent back. They informed me I had the option of a refund or resending it, and true to their word, it arrived. I wasn’t charged anything extra, so I must say customer service has been excellent. I haven’t tried the product yet, but keep sending emails; you might get lucky.

Complete scammers. I suspect their vials are just filled with water! The product never arrived, and it’s not based locally but comes from overseas. I am still disputing with the payment service to get my refund, as they overcharged me. Avoid this service.
My order came from a different country. My daughter ordered at the same time, but hers is a different brand. When I searched online, it was flagged as a scam. I also watched reviews on video platforms, and none were positive. This is definitely a scam; the ingredients are nothing like advertised.
Avoid this service at all costs. Unlike many who have lost money, I was fortunate to make my purchase through a payment service. They immediately canceled the unauthorized standing order and refunded my initial purchase. However, this service took an additional amount from me for items I didn’t realize I ordered. They attempted to provide proof of delivery with a single tracking code for both supposed orders. I was able to show the payment service that this was false, and I received a full refund. The customer service team of the payment service is commendable, and I recommend them for online orders.
I was billed for items I never received and asked for a refund, but was told that a consultation fee was added to every order. They acknowledged that their website was unclear and misleading. Don’t engage with them; it’s a rip-off. I wouldn’t even give them 1 star if it weren't mandatory. BEWARE.
Avoid this service completely. I ordered three boxes of a product for £29 but was billed £110.64! My bank couldn’t stop the payment. Like others, I emailed the same day, and they canceled the order. They took the money, and five weeks later, I still haven’t received my refund. Despite nine emails, they claimed it would take 3 to 30 business days for the refund, depending on my bank. THIS IS A SCAM.
Back in July, I ordered a health product but was charged 20% more and requested a refund. The same story repeated; they said I would get it, but I never did. I find this service has a terrible reputation, is unhelpful, and is not trustworthy. They make matters worse.
