I was billed for items I never received and asked for a refund, but was told that a consultation fee was added to every order. They acknowledged that their website was unclear and misleading. Don’t engage with them; it’s a rip-off. I wouldn’t even give them 1 star if it weren't mandatory. BEWARE.
