After rain there was a lot of water ingress inside on new floor installed. When spoke to customer services Celia, I was told they would send some out. They had lack of regard they have supplied a sub par door which doesn’t function. They says they will supply gasket so it’s up to me to fit. Should be renamed build a door uk. Also ordered a remotes about 3 months ago not arrived. Also they held on to the order due to vat I didn’t pay, which they didn’t tell me or ask me to pay. I paid with no issues after them contacting me.Useless go else where.Update from your response, I understand that you are supply online. Then supply functioning and working doors, that have obviously not been tested or inspected.New doors should have been supplied then, not rubber gasket for me then to pay someone to install.Logic is wild in my eyes, never came across this before. No compensation or anything to resolve situ.
