I ordered flooring samples from a company, which were marked as 'On its way,' but nothing ever arrived. There was no tracking information to confirm delivery. Days later, I emailed to inquire about the situation, explaining that the samples hadn’t been received. The response I got was unnecessarily rude and dismissive, stating, 'Your samples have been sent out and should be arriving very soon. We have sent this out on more than one occasion.' This reply was baffling, especially since nothing had arrived—why would they have sent them multiple times? I tried reordering the samples, but once again, nothing was delivered. This has been a complete waste of time. If a company can't manage something as simple as sending out samples, it does not inspire confidence in ordering anything else. I wanted to see the flooring to make a decision, which is why I needed the samples in the first place. I will definitely not be purchasing anything from them.
