I ordered flooring samples from a company, which were indicated as 'On its way,' but they never arrived. There was no tracking information to verify delivery. Days later, I emailed to inquire about the situation, explaining that the samples had not yet been received. The reply I received was unnecessarily rude and dismissive, claiming, 'Your samples have been sent out and should be arriving with you very soon. We have sent this out on more than one occasion.' This response was odd, especially since nothing had arrived, and it raised questions about why they would have sent them multiple times. It didn't add up. I tried to reorder the samples, but again, nothing was delivered. This was a complete waste of time. If a company can't handle something as straightforward as sending out samples, it doesn't give me any confidence in ordering anything else. I wanted to see what the flooring looked like, which is why I needed the samples in the first place. I will certainly not be making any purchases from them.

The delivery driver left before I could contact the company, blocking the only road with a large vehicle — a situation that was out of my control. The case is now 'with management for review,' but I don’t see what needs reviewing. The product name didn’t match the description, the listing was unclear, and the communication has been dismissive. The facts are clear. Their customer service has been slow, defensive, and unwilling to take responsibility for poor product representation or unclear packaging. Instead of resolving the issue, they have shifted blame to the customer while trying to impose extra charges. They have since removed the flooring product from their website, indicating that I’m not the only one with concerns. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences. I cannot recommend this company, and I urge others to be very cautious before placing an order.

The vinyl wood I ordered was at an excellent price, and I’m very pleased with it. The delivery was quicker than anticipated, and the customer service was outstanding. They responded promptly to my emails and were very professional. I would recommend this company.

When the matching stock was finally located, it was offered with an attitude that I should be grateful, rather than it being a basic correction. There was no ownership or accountability at any stage. If you value your time, money, or sanity, choose a supplier with credibility and an actual support team. I would strongly advise avoiding this operation at all costs.
