Unfortunately, this company has been unhelpful at every turn, and I feel compelled to warn others about my experience. I ordered a specific type of laminate flooring, but what arrived was entirely different—the boxes were labeled incorrectly. Any reasonable customer would assume the wrong product was delivered. Instead of acknowledging this mismatch, the company insisted it was correct, despite the discrepancies. To make matters worse, I still haven’t received a refund, and they are trying to charge me a return fee for refusing delivery of the wrong item. The delivery driver left before I could reach out, blocking the only road with a large vehicle, which was beyond my control. The case is now 'with management for review,' but I don’t see what there is to review. The product name didn’t match the description, the listing was unclear, and communication has been dismissive. Their customer service has been slow, defensive, and unwilling to accept responsibility. Instead of resolving the issue, they have shifted blame onto me while trying to impose extra fees. They have since removed the product from their website, suggesting I’m not alone in my concerns. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences. I cannot recommend this company, and I advise others to be very cautious before ordering.
