An extremely unprofessional operation. Despite presenting itself as a company, it seems more like a one-person setup, lacking any real customer service structure. I received flooring that was completely different from what I ordered (different size, appearance, and product). Instead of acknowledging the issue, I was repeatedly told it was the 'correct order,' which was simply untrue. Communication was slow and at times confrontational. When the matching stock was finally located, it was offered with an attitude that I should be grateful, rather than it being a basic correction. There was no ownership or accountability at any stage. If you value your time, money, or sanity, choose a supplier with credibility and an actual support team. I would strongly advise avoiding this operation at all costs.
